Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist & EMDR Therapist
Working with you to create pathways to good mental health.
I provide CBT and EMDR for a range of psychological and emotional difficulties, for children (5 years plus), adolescents and adults. It is my goal to help you see more clearly the thoughts and behaviours that can act as barriers in life, and to collaborate with you in finding strategies to overcome them.
I provide face to face, telephone and online video sessions.
I have worked in the field of mental health for 20 years supporting and treating people who for a wide variety of reasons have experienced emotional or psychological distress.
I qualified as a Mental Health Occupational Therapist in 2001 and have spent the last two decades working with adults, children and adolescents within the NHS and Third sector organisations.

“Firstly, I want to say how immensely grateful I am for all of the time and help that you offered me – I will never forget my time in therapy. You have made all of the hard work a million times easier and I really loved coming to my sessions. Thank you so much for helping me untangle and process all of the thoughts and feelings I have had. I am amazed at the progress I have made and how useful CBT actually is. CBT has really changed my life and I’m now a much happier person and I feel like me again. I have learnt so much during our sessions and I will continue to implement these techniques as and when I need throughout my life. I couldn’t have done any of this without you. Thank you again for giving me back my life and allowing me to feel like me again.” Miss M.
“I can’t thank you enough for all of your help and being such a kind and friendly person making it easy for me to open up to you! When I first came to therapy, I couldn’t see how I could get out of this dark cloud I was in. With your guidance and helping me to understand what was keeping my problem going I started to understand more. The skills, techniques and insight I have now have definitely got me to a place where I feel happier. I’m enjoying life so much more and I’m excited about what the future holds. I appreciate your time and support more than you will ever know!” Miss E.
