I provide CBT and EMDR for a range of psychological and emotional difficulties, for children (5 years plus), adolescents and adults. It is my goal to help you see more clearly the thoughts and behaviours that can act as barriers in life, and to collaborate with you in finding strategies to overcome them.

I provide face to face, telephone and online video sessions.

About Me

I have worked in the field of mental health for 20 years supporting and treating people who for a wide variety of reasons have experienced emotional or psychological distress.

I qualified as a Mental Health Occupational Therapist in 2001 and have spent the last two decades working with adults, children and adolescents within the NHS and Third sector organisations.

What is CBT?

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a type of talking therapy which focuses on how your thoughts, beliefs, feelings and behaviours interact and impact on each other to create and maintain psychological or emotional difficulties.
